Welcome to the Institute of Performing Arts for Youth, IPA Youth, a nonprofit, children's arts organization. We have been providing dance instructional services and programs to families in the northern Virginia area for over 15 years.
The entire team at IPA Youth is dedicated to providing wholesome, family oriented fun and entertainment to families of our community. And remember, exceptional service to our families and community is our standard.
